Once the tenancy is established, the landlord takes over the responsibility for managing the property and dealing directly with the tenants for rent collection, maintenance issues, and other matters.

We will guarantee a fixed rental income to the landlord, regardless of whether the property is occupied or not.  In essence, the landlord receives a steady stream of income without any hassles or fees to pay. We also take on all maintenance of the property giving the Landlord further peace of mind, this excludes structural and roofing. This provides financial security and peace of mind, especially in uncertain rental markets or during periods of economic instability.
