Create your reality Is a powerful reminder that we have the ability to shape our lives through our thoughts, actions, and beliefs.
Here’s how you can manifest the life you desire:
1. Define Your Vision
What does your ideal life look like? Get clear on your goals, values, and dreams.
Write it down, create a vision board, or visualise it daily.
2. Harness the Power of Mindset
Positive Thinking: Shift focus from limitations to possibilities.
Life’s not perfect, we’re not perfect. All we can ask of ourselves is that we show up and do our best. It’s just not cool to keep whining about a situation that you can change. There’s hardly a situation that you can’t change, at least a little.
Gratitude Practice: Be thankful for what you have to attract more positivity.

3. Set Goals and Take Action
Break your vision into actionable steps.
Stay consistent, even if progress feels slow.
Analyse, reflect, but don’t obsess. That’s just a time consuming. Set aside some time (even five minutes is enough) every day to set and monitor intentions for change.
4. Reframe Challenges
View obstacles as opportunities for growth.
Learn from setbacks and adjust your approach.
Figure out how to improve what didn’t go well. It’s a process. It won’t change in a day. Be kind to yourself. Keep going.
5. Surround Yourself With Support
Build a network of like-minded people who uplift you.
Minimise time with negativity or toxic influences.
6. Be Present
Practice mindfulness to stay connected to the now.
Celebrate small wins along the journey.
The process of ruminating on the past and focusing on the negative, keep yourself stuck in the past. As Dr. Joe Dispenza says, “When we live in the past, we’re asleep in the present”. This kind of thinking gives us depression because we are giving our focus to the past, or gives us anxiety because we are giving our focus to the future on something that may never come.

7. Embrace Growth
Continue learning and evolving.
Stay open to new ideas, opportunities, and perspectives.
What if creating our reality is less about making ourselves feel safe, protected, in control and getting everything we ever thought we wanted and more about trusting that we can be happy and at peace with the uncertainty of life no matter what occurs? Maybe it’s less to do with making sure everything works perfectly in our favour, to instead seeing everything as it unfolds as already perfect.
Your thoughts are not you, but your thoughts determine how you perceive the world around you. They create your reality because they determine your actions, and your actions define your impact on the world, bit by bit, day by day and moment by moment, you are making choices. These choices define how you'd like to be, or do, and how you'd like to feel. Make good choices, and you'll find goodness in store.

says Neale Donald Walsch, Norman Vincent Peale said, “Change your thoughts and you change your world.”, Napoleon Hill said, “Whatever the mind can conceive and believe it can achieve.”
A bible verse reads “Today I have given you the choice between life and death, between blessings and curses. Now I call on heaven and earth to witness the choice you make. Oh, that you would choose life, so that you and your descendants might live!." - Deuteronomy 30:19
Science has confirmed this truth. The science of epigenetic has shown that our dispositions, bad habits, anxiety, and hatred of cats can impact our kids even before they are conceived.
“Whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable, if anything is excellent or praiseworthy, think about such things." - Philippians 4:8
Every now and then we meet someone who is different. You know the ones. These people see the world differently. They’re almost impossible to offend, and they listen much more than they talk. They love everyone, even their enemies. Their joy and peace are infectious. People who are different understand Philippians 4:8.
They chose to see the imago dei — God’s image — in everyone. They chose love and ruthlessly eliminate negativity. What you choose to see determines your reality. You have the power to change your reality by shifting your focus.
Dr. Caroline Leaf says this in her book Switch On Your Brain, “As we think, we change the physical nature of our brain. As we consciously direct our thinking, we can wire out toxic patterns of thinking and replace them with healthy thoughts.”
In essence, she says, science is proving free will and relationship between thoughts and reality.
"As someone thinks within himself, so he is" is a phrase from Proverbs 23:7. In the Bible that means a person's actions and looks reveal what they are thinking, not what they say. We are not victims of biology or circumstances. If you’ve chosen to believe otherwise, this verse sounds like hogwash. But again, science is proving what Scripture already says. Dr. Leaf one more time, “When you think, you build thoughts, and these become physical substances in your brain.”
You were created in the image of God, full of love and grace. What might happen if you started believing this?
